Registration includes standard accommodation. Should you wish to upgrade your accommodation during your stay, the following categories are available on a first come, first served basis:

  • Deluxe Rooms: Additional $500 for the duration of the Conference
  • Deluxe Terrace Rooms (with terrace onto the courtyard): Additional $900 for the duration of the Conference
  • Premier Castle View Room, with stunning views of Prague Castle: Additional $1200 for the duration of the Conference
  • Junior Suite, with sitting area: Additional $1400 for the duration of the Conference
  • Deluxe Suite, separate living room with sofa: Additional $2000 for the duration of the Conference.

ATTIRE

The recommended attire is business casual for the business sessions, casual for the remainder of the conference.  Remember to bring comfortable walking shoes and a sweater or jacket for the cooler evenings.  Evening attire is casual elegant.
